The Art of Getting Attention from Women
Maybe you know about these tips, maybe you don’t. Either way, you have to check out this list to improve your way of dealing with people.

No.1 – Improve yourself

Most guys don’t take the time to work on themselves. If you really want to grab a woman’s attention — and keep it — then be one of the few men who take the time to develop themselves into the kind of guy worthy of an amazing woman’s attention. Invest in yourself — get an education on how to attract women naturally — and that’ll do more than anything else to put you on the path to success with the women you want.
No.2 – Don’t give in to tantrums

Many women will test you by complaining about themselves. The next time this happens, take whatever she’s saying and turn it up a notch. If she says: “My hair makes me look so ugly,” just reply, “You know, I wasn’t going to say anything, but…” Remember, combine Cocky with Funny and you have an excellent chance of hitting her attraction buttons. If you really want to be bold, just say: “So, what am I going to get paid for babysitting tonight?” Or even better, “Did this stuff work on your dad? Why didn’t he spank you more?” I’m cracking myself up over here.
No.3 – Grabbing attention online

The No. 1 mistake men make online is writing normal, boring stuff and asking normal, boring questions. Instead, when you get a reply, e-mail and ask her for her number and tell her that you’re swamped with a million messages from supermodels who keep bragging about how much money they have, and she needs to act fast or you’ll be gone. Do not, under any circumstances, talk about lame, normal stuff. This will give you an advantage over 90% of the other men looking for women online. Trust me.
No.4 – Forget the tricks

Many guys think they need to use “trickery” to figure out something important about a woman. Let’s say you’ve placed a personal ad online, a cute woman replies, she sends you a picture, but it only shows her face — and you’re interested in women who are slim. Don’t make the mistake of trying to figure out some slick way to get her to share how much she weighs without having to ask. Just e-mail her and say: “Hey, how tall are you and how much do you weigh? I really prefer women who are slim. Let me know.” That’s it. If she is slim, she’ll tell you, and probably be glad that you were up front with her and direct. If she isn’t slim, she’ll be glad you told her now and didn’t waste her time. Be classy but direct and you’ll get to where you want to go faster.
No.5 – Smooth out awkward silences

Most guys get uncomfortable at some point during a date, and they begin to let their emotions and insecurities get the best of them. They start to think, “Uh-oh. I need to do something to impress her, or say something to make her laugh or she won’t like me.” If you begin to feel this kind of thing happening, it’s probably time to do something. Get up, go for a walk and move around. Tell a funny story about something that happened to you when you were a kid. Go to the store and look at magazines and make fun of famous people. Just do something! The thing that determines whether a silence was “uncomfortable” or not is what you do after the silence is over. If you act cool and casual, then it won’t be a big deal.
No.6 – Get numbers smoothly

It might surprise you, but if the conversation is going well, a woman will often give you her number within a minute or two of meeting you. The secret is to ask correctly when you’re leaving. Ask her if she has e-mail, then when she says yes, tell her: “Great, I’m leaving, but I’d like to chat with you again. Here, write it down. And write your number there, too.” It’s so simple, it’s almost stupid. You’ll find that many of the women you ask will just give you their e-mail and number that easily. The more you do it, the easier it gets. Don’t buy into the idea that women aren’t comfortable giving out their numbers. It’s just not true — see for yourself.
No.7 – Three more dos and don’ts of body language

Do hold yourself upright; think of how you’d hold yourself if you were the most confident man in the world. Do move slowly, gesture slowly and speak slowly. This communicates comfort and confidence. Do pause often. Stay cool, and pause if you need to in order to keep your composure. Don’t talk too fast or too much. This communicates that you’re nervous (unless you’re naturally a chatty guy). Don’t do nervous gestures, laughs, ticks, etc. Don’t break eye contact. At first, you need to maintain eye contact until she breaks it. This establishes, at an unconscious level, that you’re not afraid. Practice these tips over and over again, and you’ll notice a big difference in how women respond to you.
No.8 – Take control

When you’re out with a woman and you’re teasing her, she might say: “Be nice!” or “You’re mean… Stop it!” or “I don’t like that…” Usually it’s because she’s trying to see if she can control you, because she perceives that you are now taking control. When this happens, I always shoot something back like: “I’m glad you like it.” This is confusing to them, but it also transmits my message loud and clear: “I’m the one who’s in charge of my own reality, and I don’t change just because you’re acting annoyed.” Women may argue with you when you do this, but deep down they will respect you and feel more attraction to you. The next time your girl says: “You never used to tease me this much,” say: “Oh, you know what? I’m really sorry, because you always deserved it. I must just not have been paying close enough attention!”
No.9 – Know what you’ll say ahead of time

It sucks not feeling like you’re prepared to talk to a woman. So sit down and think carefully about common situations where you see women you’d like to meet. Come up with 10 different ways you could start a conversation in these situations, pick your favorite, and mentally rehearse it. Most of the guys I know who are great with women use the simplest of simple conversation starters. “Hi.” “What are you drinking?” “Hey, are you from around here?” I realize that these sound simple, and they are. But they’re so simple that they’re disarming. They don’t come across as canned “pickup lines,” and they help you figure out very quickly if the woman you’re talking to is friendly.
No.10 – Retool your body language

When you’re approaching a woman, remember that your body language is more important than the words you use. I’ve watched a lot of guys approach a lot of women in my day. Most guys use submissive, apologetic body language and voice tones — they look as if they’re pleading with a woman to give them approval, and they come across as wussies. Think about how you’d act if you were the “selector” — if you wanted to find out if she’s exceptional enough that you’d want to get to know her better, instead of you being concerned about whether or not she’s going to like you. Big shift, isn’t it? Remember this on your next approach and you’ll have a lot more success.

We all want to stay in the best shape of our lives so we can live longer to see our grand kids grow up. In order to live this dream, we need to focus on the things that we can do to make this dream happen. Here is a simple list of activities that we can perform to increase our longevity.

No.1 – Play a sport

The best exercise is fun exercise, sopick a sport and join a local team. Playing sports will get you fit, and, more importantly, will keep you motivated to stay fit. Softball, basketball, soccer, rugby, and Frisbee football are all good options. The key is finding something that you enjoy and then striking a balance between fun and competitiveness. Too much competitiveness can lead to conflict, injury or worse. On the other hand, have too much fun and you might not feel like it’s even worth playing. Finding the right mix between “fun” and “fight” will keep you in the game. Playing a sport will also help you forge friendships that could last a lifetime.

No.2 – Do push-ups

Almost nothing can beat the push-up: they’re simple, they’re effective and they’re free; you can drop and push out a dozen of them in less than a minute, and they work your chest, shoulders, triceps, abs, and legs. Push-ups are one of the best strength-building exercises ever devised. Keep your body straight like a plank, drop down and then push up. Try to work a set of 10 to 20 push-ups into your daily routine. By adopting this simple habit, you’ll build upper body strength and stamina in a matter of weeks.

No.3 – Walk

This one is easy — take a break and take a walk. A 30-minute walk six days a week has been shown to have profound health benefits. A study by Duke University found that walking can decrease hypertension, lower bad cholesterol levels and help you lose weight. The study also found that people who took a leisurely stroll after dinner gained almost all the same health benefits as those who jogged six days a week. Add a quick walk into your daily routine and you’ll see great results.

No.4 – Eat nuts

Drop the chips and pick up some almonds or walnuts instead — both nuts have been shown to lower cholesterol. A 2002 study published in the journal Circulation found that people who ate two handfuls of almonds a day lowered their bad cholesterol (LDL) by 9.4%. Walnuts performed even better, with a handful of the nuts slashing LDL by about 10%. Walnuts aren’t just good for your cardiovascular system: Malaysian researchers found that a compound in walnuts can, in significant doses, have similar effects to Viagra. Of course, you’d have to eat a few pounds of walnuts to get such a powerful effect, but small amounts could give you a little oomph.

No.5 – Eat clean

When Michael Pollan, author of The Omnivore’s Dilemma, advises readers to “eat food,” he means stick to stuff that’s easily recognizable as food. Steer clear of anything that looks like it was made in a lab or a factory. This means no day-glow cheezy poofs, sanguine Red Vines or TV dinners. All that crap is typically loaded with extra calories (that make you fat) and questionable chemical compounds (that could do much worse). Stick to fresh fruits and veggies (or frozen if it’s the off-season) and fresh meats from the butcher. Don’t worry — cheese is food, whipped cream is food and apple pie is food (even if they are all man-made). The list of real food goodies goes on and on — just don’t overdo it. Eat mostly vegetables, a little meat and just enough to satisfy your appetite without getting grossly stuffed.

No.6 – Audit your diet

In 2009, take a good look at what you eat; chances are you’re missing a lot of what goes into your mouth. It’s easy to overlook that “fun size” candy bar you had after lunch or those extra Oreos you ate during the movie. It’s also easy to overestimate the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat. Get a notepad and write down what you eat for a week. Just knowing what you throw down your gullet can inspire you to eat healthier, and if it doesn’t, you’ll have a good starting point for planning a revamp of your diet.

No.7 – Read

If you don’t use your muscles, they’ll atrophy. This same principle goes for your brain — neglect it and it’ll shrivel up like a prune. Luckily, there’s one easy, enjoyable thing you can do to keep your neurons pumping iron: read. Neuroscientists at UCLA recently stuck a few dozen middle-aged volunteers into an MRI machine to watch how their brains responded to reading. The scans showed that reading triggered significant activity in the language, memory and visual centers of the brain. In fact, when the test subjects surfed the internet for specific info, their centers for complex reasoning and decision-making lit up.

No.8 – Sleep more

You don’t need a doctor to tell you what sleep deprivation does; miss a few hours of sleep and not only will you be caught in a fog of fatigue, but simple thoughts can also seem complex, and you often can’t remember a thing. A 2007 study published in the medical journal Hypertension found that people who sleep an average of six hours a night have a 42% higher chance of developing hypertension than those who get seven. Sleep deprivation has also been linked to stress, depression, immune-system suppression, and obesity. Go to bed at the same time every night. Turn off the TV, computer or anything that shines bright light in your face at least an hour before bed — getting a few more winks can save your life.

No.9 – Stress less

Even if you can manage to keep up with the first resolution, sometimes even a good old roll in the hay isn’t enough to melt away your stress — and stress can be a killer. Chronic stress can lead to hypertension, a weakened immune system and even a shortened lifespan. Do your best to drop your stress. For example, enroll in a meditation class. Mindfulness meditation can give you the tools to deal with everyday challenges without letting them get you stressed. Many HMOs even offer mindfulness meditation classes for free, so check with your health care provider.

No.10 – Make Love More

Now this is a resolution you can really live with. Having more sex can do wonders for your health, including lowering blood pressure and even extending your lifespan. Queens University in Belfast tracked the health of 1,000 middle-aged individuals over the course of a decade. They found that guys who got lucky a few times a week had about half the death rate of guys who got less action. Later, they also found a direct correlation between frequent sex and a reduced risk of heart disease. That’s not all, though — Wilkes University in Pennsylvania found that people who have sex once or twice a week get sick less often.

Have you ever wonder where money come from? The following excert will englighten you a little about the value of money.

The concept of money started when the concept of bartering emerged. Bartering is the word we give to a system known as bartering. This involved exchanging goods rather than paying for them. Bartering was invented in Ancient Egypt around the time of Moses. It meant that, for instance, a bag of potatoes might be swapped for a tin of peaches, or a candle may be swapped for a brown shawl made out of potato sacking, or whatever it was they wore in those drab times. Legend has it that Marco Polo swapped his owls for a ship, without which he couldn’t have circumnavigated right around the world, in 987AD.

Money is basically an agreement between people. It is an agreement that this much of some kind of metal (usually gold, silver, or bronze) or paper will be worth this much bread, and this much cheese, and this many slaves.

The earliest metal coins came from China, where people used small pieces of bronze to trade things starting around 1500 BC.

Coins with guarantees were invented around 650 BC. This kind of coin is marked with a promise by somebody (often a government) that this coin is worth what it says it is worth. So you don’t have to weigh each coin before you accept it (if you trust that government).

The Romans invented paper money around 1000AD. When Emperor Claudius ran out of money, he wrote IOU notes, promising that he would pay 100,000 lira (that’s about 2 shillings) to his debtor. When Claudius fled to Spain around the time of Elija, he took the idea with him, and it was in Barcelona that the first true banknotes in the world were printed. To this day, Spanish notes carry the face of Claudius, who was known in those days as Miguel I.
