This little moving island machine is designed for the rich and could only be afford by the rich. It is known as the ‘Tropical island Paradise’ – was designed by British boat builders Yacht Island Design. It hass about 90m in length and has a theme that resemble an island paradise. College students try and save enough money to rent this baby for spring break!

On the main deck of the yatch, you are basically in a heavenly island that has a volcano and a swimming pool.
This yatch is fully loaded with Basr, dinning areas, lounge chairs.
This off the hook yatch has a capacity of 10 and travel at a speed of 15 knots.

Who would think that you can open more area to this awesome yatch? The back of this yatch has an area that is similar to a backyard area of a house. Imagine the idea of taking a sip of coffee in the morning in a backyard that is surrounded by ocean.

DealBreaker.com is the company that posted this hot news on Wednesday June 18 The receipt is reported to have been left in the ATM after the account holder withdrew the cash.

DealBreaker later identified the account holder as David Tepper, a hedge fund manager and founder of Appaloosa Management. The site reports that Tepper joked after withdrawing the money that he “hadn’t used an ATM since Lehman.”

On Wednesday night Tepper denied even being in the Hamptons in June, maybe he doesn’t want to let people that he is that loaded and the fact that having that much money in a saving account doesn’t yield that much of an interest.

“I would never do something as irresponsible as leaving $100 million in a savings account,” he toldThe Post. This statement might have been spoken to cover that fact that he is poorly investing his money.

Here is something about Tepper that you should know. He recently demolished his ocean-front home in the Hamptons that he bought for $43.5 million in 2010. Here is the funny thing about the story that you should know, the withdraw was 400 bucks the $2.75 amt fee is still being charged to this fat saving account. I wonder what percent is that of the large saving. Here is the tip for those who are filthy rich out there “don’t forget to hit the button “No recipet” at the ATM machine.”

Top Ten Richest Man of All Time (Dead & Alive)
Take a look at this list, if you are related to anyone on this list then you absolute do not have to do anything in your life. The record has been set, it will take a while for anyone to change this listing around.

Number 1- John D. Rockefeller (1839 – 1937)
$323.4 billion

You have to wonder how John D. Rockefeller would fare as a major player in Big Oil today. After all, he founded Standard Oil in 1870, and it wasn’t long before he dominated the industry. Naturally, some didn’t take kindly to that and the company was eventually found to have monopolized. Yet, for all Rockefeller’s detractors, the U.S.’s first billionaire was a serious philanthropist to education, medicine and science. From a legacy standpoint, however, he’s best remembered for his unfathomable wealth. Even today, the name connotes “money.”

Number 2 – Andrew Carnegie (1835 – 1919)
$297.8 billion

Steel wasn’t a bad business pursuit in the late 1800s. It paid off for Andrew Carnegie and continued to pay handsomely through philanthropy long after his death. A self-made man from humble beginnings, Carnegie worked hard from childhood. He didn’t enjoy overnight success, but he did realize almost continual progress. His savings became investments and his investments became capital for the business ventures for which he would later be known. Even if today’s wealth seekers don’t necessarily follow Carnegie’s principles for philanthropy, they do still highly regard his formulas for acquiring the means.

Number 3 – Cornelius Vanderbilt (1794 – 1877)
$178.4 billion

If some point to Sam Walton as the one who unfairly undercut prices, they should look a little further back to Vanderbilt. In his early years in the steamboat business, he would undercut competitors to the point of his own unprofitable, just to make a point. That ruthless competitive nature typified Vanderbilt through his years, especially in the way he ran his railroad empire. He may not have always played nice, but without exception, he played to win.

Number 4- Bill Gates (1955 – )
$124 billion

Even if Bill Gates’ currently estimated $58 billion fortune is down from its heady peak nearly a decade ago, the Harvard dropout and Microsoft leader is hardly hurting. After the proposed merger with Yahoo fizzled out and shares dropped in the dominant company he cofounded, he’s probably not losing sleep. He is no doubt looking forward to stepping back from his current role at Microsoft and devoting more time to the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, currently $38.7 billion strong.

Number 5 – John Jacob Astor (1763 – 1848)
$116.6 billion

If John Jacob Astor were alive to hear industry critics’ “fur kills” cries, he might partially agree. He did, after all, make a killing in fur and it made him the first millionaire in America. Upon overhearing a man discussing fur trading, Astor decided to pursue it himself and realized great success. Along the way, he diversified and dabbled in selling opium — again, he was successful. Decades later, he got out of the fur business and segued into New York City real estate.

Number 6-Frederick Weyerhaeuser (1834 – 1914)
$76.5 billion

The man whose name would become synonymous with lumber capitalized on timing and access to resources to build his fortune. Frederick Weyerhaeuser’s timber resources after the Civil War were considerable, and demand was even greater. Though it would never fly today, Weyerhaeuser extensively clear-cut in the Midwest, creating farming opportunities in many areas and a permanent economic shift.

Number 7-Marshall Field (1834 – 1906)

$63.7 billion

For better or worse, the “customer is always right” philosophy began with Marshall Field. Either way, this early acknowledgment of customer service spelled success. Like the aforementioned Sam Walton, Field’s retail store struck gold by instituting what have become foregone conclusions today. Developing a policy for exchanges was one; displaying merchandise prices was another. Field also did well for himself in his Chicago real estate ventures, but he’ll always be remembered for his department stores.

Number 8-Sam Walton (1918 – 1992)
$62.1 billion

Sam Walton’s passing in 1992 came too soon for him to see the full potential of his Wal-Mart empire, though he was certainly successful in his lifetime. Much of it came from offering things that we take for granted today: good variety and convenient store hours, for example. He also set the stage for efficient, cost-effective central warehousing of merchandise, extending his competitive reach into smaller markets and well beyond his first store in Arkansas.

Number 9-Warren Buffett (1930 – )
$62 billion

Like many who can afford to do so, Warren Buffett doesn’t mind pursuing new acquisitions when the economy is tanking. His latest was a joint effort with Mars for a $23 billion buy of Wrigley. Still, you might get the impression that he’s not in all this for the same reasons as others. This is the man who appeared before Congress last fall and warned of the rise of “dynastic wealth,” stressing the importance of the estate tax. Buffett also earmarked $31 billion for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Only the richest men of all time can donate billions.

Number 10-Carlos Slim Helu (1940 – )
$60 billion

The Mexican communications industry and other interests have been kind to Carlos Slim, to say the least. It’s said that between 2005 and 2007, Slim’s worth has doubled. In that period, his fortune grew around $27 million — daily. The reason is simple: he owns everything in Mexico. Over 200 companies are under his thumb, ranging from the aforementioned telecom to transportation and from cigarettes to soft drinks. He’s dismissed the title of “world’s richest man” with indifference, claiming that designation isn’t his kind of competition. Whether he wants it or not, he has been designated as one of the world’s richest men of all time.

As an ordinary person with an ordinary income and an ordinary life, we tend to hate the rich people – yes – we do. We can deny it all we want but every time we see those expensive private owned jets, or those never-ending new supply of the coolest electronic gadgets, or those holidays and weekends at gorgeous places – yes, we really hate them.
But what you may overlook is the fact that they are actually people. Breathing, living, crying, dying, getting sick people who just happen to have a lot of money and in some cases just do so well, they earn a lot of money. These piles of money they earn may seem so good, so alluring that we do not see the other side of being rich.

What we don’t realize:
1. Let’s not name names or hope to insult anyone, but there are numerous rich families who are actually miserable. They have money, yes, but because of their busy time and schedules, they lack time for their families, resulting in divorces, teenage pregnancies, teenage rebellions, family break ups, angry children and worst of all – suicide.
2. They’re not used to the other side of the world, the ordinary side of the world, so if they ever lose their money, they won’t know how to move around the world, they won’t know how to survive in the big, bad, dangerous world out there.
3. Which is why they have to work hard to keep earning, keep running their business and keep their head high even if this means losing their wives or husbands, their children maybe.
4. They have priority problems as well. Like us, they wonder where their future will bring them. They wonder who to put first, their children’s birthday party or that conference meeting involving all shareholders. They wonder if they only get movie offers because their parents are rich and they can finance the movie or if they have acting talents at all. They wonder if they are pretty enough to go outside or if what their kids will think when they see those never-ending gossip-sometimes-true rumors on the internet which leads to the 5th.
5. Last but definitely not least is, they don’t have privacy. Try going out and you have paparazzi clicking on your every move. Make one dumb move and the whole world’s talking.

The thing is, there’s no rich world, no ordinary world. There’s just one Earth we live in with different lives and with different statuses in life. If we choose to sit around and criticize those “lucky” rich people, then sure enough, you won’t get the chance to be one of them. Even the rich people now probably did something many years ago to earn big. I’m sure you’ve heard of William Colgate.

We want to be them. But we don’t have to be them. We can be like them in financial statuses, but I’m sure, every other part, we wouldn’t really want to experience.
Instead of wasting time hating them, why don’t we just work our way into our own life? And maybe – just maybe – when the time comes for us to rule, maybe we’d think of others and how they have less and find a way to help them. Then we’d finally see that sometimes not all of the rich people should be hated.

Many people who are fortunate to get some easy money over some real estate deals or become popular over the entertainment field do not know what to do with their money. There are many performers who has a sucessful a career but they eventually lost themselves to drug or die from it. People that dont have money in their hand think differently from people that have alot of money in their hand. When you have money in your hand you feel that you are invincible, you think that you can take anything and win anything in the world. Money give you power and it make you feel over confidence.
However, this confidence is your flaw. When you have alot of power and you can not obtain what you really want, this feeling of not getting you want will drive you insane. When you can not get what you want you resort to activities that make you happy. Such activities include drinking, gambling, and doing drug. These fun things make you pass time, but along the way you will lost your self. Rich people are not always happen. People that really are happy are people that value what they currently have in their hands, and not chase after mirages.
