When can you truly live a chill life? It is when the affordable and comfortable. The cost of living and health care are crucial issues for the elders. After some real calculations and fact gathering here is the list.

Merida, Mexico

Population: 777,615

Climate: Tropical. Temperatures range from the low 80s to the mid 90s. Risk of hurricanes.

Proximity to major airport: Merida has an international airport with some nonstop flights to the U.S. Mexico City is less than two hours by plane.

Access to health care: There’s a slew of quality medical facilities, including the highly regarded Clinica de Merida. Some retirees may qualify for Mexico’s low-cost public health insurance program, known as IMSS. Mexico ranks 14th out of 25 countries on International Living’s Global Retirement Index for health care.
Cost of living: Mexico tied for third (with Colombia and Thailand) on the Global Retirement Index for cost of living. A retired American couple can live comfortably in Merida on $1,700 a month.
The draw: City living meets colonial charm. Merida, the capital of the state of Yucatan, is a world away from Cancun, its touristy cousin across the peninsula. Sitting 22 miles inland, Merida has a European feel, thanks to its Old World architecture and abundant culture. There are opera houses and cathedrals to explore, and foodies rave about the dining scene. There’s a growing population of retirees from the U.S., as evidenced by an English-language newspaper and library. Merida has escaped the violence that has plagued Mexico’s border towns.

Lunigiana, Italy

Population: 130,000

Climate: Temperate. Summers can stretch from April to October, with temperatures from the mid 70s to low 90s. In winter, it’s in the 50s and 60s.

Proximity to airport: Major airports in Pisa, Genoa and Parma are all about an hour’s drive from the Lunigiana region. There’s very limited nonstop service to the U.S. Expect to make a connection.

Access to health care: Italy ranks second (tied with Spain) out of 25 countries on International Living’s Global Retirement Index for health care. Towns in the Lunigiana region with hospitals include Aulla, Fivizzano, La Spezia, Pontremoli and Sarzana. Pharmacists are found in most villages. Italy offers residents, including U.S. citizens legally residing in Italy, access to its national health plan, though many Americans opt instead to use private hospitals, which tend to provide better care than public ones.
Cost of living: Italy tied for 11th (with Uruguay) on the Global Retirement Index for cost of living, but 18th for real estate. A retired American couple can live comfortably on about $2,500 a month.

The draw: Tuscany on the cheap. The Lunigiana region of northern Tuscany is home to a network of villages connected by well-marked hiking paths. The Mediterranean coast is a short drive away, and Florence, Lucca and Pisa are all manageable day trips. Lunigiana isn’t on the radar of too many retirees yet, which means the region is more affordable than areas farther south in the heart of Tuscany. Italy has a Social Security agreement with the U.S. that can benefit people who’ve worked in both countries.

Bocas del Toro, Panama

Population: 125,461

Climate: Warm and tropical, with temperatures ranging from the low 70s to high 80s. Rainy season can stretch from May to January.

Proximity to major airport: It’s a one-hour flight to Panama City, where connections are available to the U.S.

Access to health care: There’s a public hospital on Isla Colon, the main island in the Bocas del Toro archipelago. It’s adequate and cheap, but most expats head to David or Panama City for checkups and planned treatments. Panama tied for 12th (with Portugal) out of 25 countries on International Living’s Global Retirement Index for health care.

Cost of Living: Panama tied for 13th (with Costa Rica) on the Global Retirement Index for cost of living. A retired American couple can live comfortably in Bocas del Toro on $1,500 a month.
The draw: Laid-back island living. Bocas del Toro province, on the Caribbean in western Panama, boasts miles of sandy beaches, turquoise waters and sprawling rainforests. The currency is the U.S. dollar and, while Spanish is the country’s official language, English is widely spoken. Panama has a “pensionado” program for retirees that provides discounts on public transportation, entertainment and health care.

Granada, Nicaragua

Population: 105,171

Climate: Hot and sticky. Temperatures span the 70s to the 90s, with humidity often high. The wettest months are May to October.

Proximity to airport: It’s 45 minutes by car to Managua’s international airport, where you can catch nonstop flights to the U.S.

Access to health care: Nicaragua tied for 22nd (with Honduras) out of 25 countries on International Living’s Global Retirement Index for health care. In addition to local medical facilities, close proximity to Managua, the capital, gives retirees access to several specialized hospitals.
Cost of living: Nicaragua tied for sixth (with Brazil, Malta and Malaysia) on the Global Retirement Index for cost of living. It tied for second (with Colombia) for real estate. A retired American couple can live comfortably in Granada on $1,250 a month.
The draw: Rooms with a view. Granada, a picturesque colonial city that dates back to the 16th century, sits on the shores of Lake Nicaragua. Brightly painted buildings liven up the architecture, and volcanoes are visible in the distance. There are local restaurants, shops and access to freshwater activities. Nearby Managua has shopping malls, movie theaters and other entertainment options. Look into the government’s incentive program for foreign retirees, which offers duty-free imports and other tax breaks.

Nha Trang, Vietnam

Population: 361,454

Climate: It’s hot most of the year. Temperatures hover between the 80s and low 90s. The heart of the monsoon season is November and early December.

Proximity to airport: Cam Ranh International Airport is about 25 miles from downtown Nha Trang. There are no nonstop flights to the U.S.

Access to health care: The 1,000-bed Khanh Hoa General Hospital is located in Nha Trang. International Living didn’t include Vietnam in its Global Retirement Index rankings.
Cost of living: A retired American couple can live comfortably in Nha Trang on $750 a month.
The draw: Live like a king for less. Located on the coast of South-Central Vietnam, Nha Trang is encased by miles of beaches and massive mountain ranges. An American couple can get by on less than $600 a month; $1,000 a month would land you in the lap of luxury. U.S. dollars, preferably crisp, clean ones, are widely accepted. There’s a small population of foreigners in Nha Trang, as well as many restaurants and bars, a supermarket and a mall.

Roatan, Honduras

Population: approximately 70,000

Climate: The average temperature is 81 degrees. January is the coolest month; August, the hottest. Honduras lies in the hurricane belt.

Proximity to airport: There are nonstop flights to the U.S. from Roatan’s international airport.

Access to health care: Roatan has several clinics and two hospitals on the island. Larger medical facilities are located on the mainland in San Pedro Sula and La Ceiba. Honduras tied for 22nd (with Nicaragua) on International Living’s Global Retirement Index for health care.
Cost of living: Honduras ranks tenth on the Global Retirement Index for cost of living, but fourth for real estate. A retired American couple can live comfortably in Roatan on $1,200 a month.
The draw: Life’s a beach. Located in the Bay Islands of Honduras, Roatan is home to the world’s second longest coral reef, warm ocean waters and long strands of white sand. English is the primary language, the U.S. dollar is accepted, and real estate prices have come down in recent years. There’s an established expat community. Retirees looking for a Caribbean experience for less probably won’t be disappointed.

Bearn, France

Population: 350,000

Climate: Seasonal. Temperatures range from the 30s to 50s in the winter and the 70s to 80s in the summer.

Proximity to airport: The main airport is in Pau. No nonstop flights to the U.S., but easy connections via Paris, London and elsewhere.

Access to health care: France is tops on International Living’s Global Retirement Index for health care. There are several hospitals in the Bearn region, including in the towns of Pau, Orthez, Oloron-Sainte-Marie, Mauleon, Tardets and Mourenx. Private medical insurance is required of non-E.U. residents. The Association of Americans Resident Overseas offers a group plan.
Cost of living: France ranks 18th on the Global Retirement Index for cost of living. A retired American couple can live comfortably on about $2,000 a month.
The draw: Basque in the moment. The Bearn area of southwestern France, near the border with Spain, is influenced by Basque culture from both sides of the Pyrenees (note the berets). The pastoral landscape is dotted with medieval towns, and hunting and fishing are favorite pastimes. There are loads of markets and vineyards to explore, not to mention a fair share of churches and castles. Living in Bearn is cheaper than in better-known parts of France such as Provence, a plus for retirees. France also has an agreement with the U.S. that provides Social Security advantages for people who’ve worked in both countries.

Climate: Warm year-round, with temperatures mostly in the 80s. Mild rainy season starts in June. Risk of hurricanes.

Proximity to major airport: It’s a short commuter flight via San Pedro — each leg is less than half an hour — to the country’s main airport in Belize City, where connections are available to the U.S.

Access to health care: Corozal Town has its own hospital. More extensive medical options are available ten miles away in Chetumal, the capital of Mexico’s state of Quintana Roo. Belize ranks 24th out of 25 countries on International Living’s Global Retirement Index for health care.
Cost of living: Belize is second on the Global Retirement Index for cost of living, but 19th for real estate. A retired American couple can live comfortably in Corozal Town on $2,500 a month.
The draw: The best of both worlds. The town, located in northernmost Belize, offers retirees beaches and tranquility in Corozal, and big-city amenities such as malls and museums just across the border in Chetumal, Mexico. English is the official language, though Spanish is widely spoken. The government operates a “qualified retired persons” program that allows non-Belizeans to enjoy perks such as tax-free imports of household goods, cars and even airplanes. One-time application and program fees add up to $1,350,

Top Ten Nightlife Cities for Evening Life Style
If you are someone who likes to have fun and have the full taste of life, then you must check out this list of cities. From expensive restaurant to the coolest resorts, they have it all.

Number 1- Las Vegas, Nevada

The undisputed No. 1 nightlife city, Las Vegas has become the go-to place for raucous bachelor parties across the world. Whether it’s drinking, gambling or stripping you’re after, you’ll find every sinful whim catered for somewhere along The Strip — a glorious stretch of neon-lit hotels, casinos and clubs in the heart of the Nevada Desert. Highly recommended is The Palm, where you can relax in the Playboy Suite before heading down to the casino for a flutter and partying it up at the hotel’s celebrity-filled Ghostbar or Rain nightclub. Oozing tacky glamor and flamboyant Elton John-approved style, Las Vegas is the place to get your wallet (and any body part you want) sucked completely dry.
Number 2-Ibiza, Spain

Those who like their clubbing fast-paced, frenzied and frenetic will love Ibiza, an illuminated Balearic Island that sits just off the coast of Spain. Renowned for the world-famous DJs who flock here every summer to play its clubs, and for its party-goers who spend most of their week-long holidays in Ecstasy- and alcohol-induced hazes, Ibiza certainly isn’t for the faint-hearted. Nevertheless, the island itself is a natural beauty, with long stretches of beach, rustic architecture and more U.N. World Heritage sites than revelers can spoil. Space, Pacha, Privilege, and Amnesia are among some of the island’s most famous clubs, and are perfect for trance lovers looking to sweat ‘n’ sway until noon the next day. For those who like their clubbing experience just a little bit more serene, Ibiza also offers chill-out bars, such as the iconic Café del Mar, where you can watch the sun set behind the shimmering Mediterranean. Spread across Ibiza Town and San Antoni, Ibiza has become the European capital of getting up to no good.

Number 3- Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Sex is brought out of bedrooms and onto the streets in Brazil’s heady capital, where horizontal dancing can often be seen taking place in some of the city’s darkest clubs — if you look hard enough. Full of passion, soul and spirit, Rio’s party season doesn’t stop when the annual carnival does; the idea here is to flirt, dance and drink year-round, all with as little money as possible. While there are certainly nightclubs to feed your social addiction — if not a little scattered about — Rio’s nightlife tends to revolve around street parties, smaller bars in squares and plazas and gatherings on the beach, such as the famous Copacabana. Of course, if you do crave hip hangouts rather than plastic chairs and tables set in streets, head to the upscale area of Ipanema. More about getting laid than getting blind drunk, the sexy Brazilians sure know how to have a good time with their caipirinhas and innate sense of cool.

Number 4 – Amsterdam, Holland

You wouldn’t think it to look at it, but behind Amsterdam’s beautiful architecture lies a city of complete and utter sin. Whether it’s the drug-filled cakes on offer at the cozy bars and cafes that line the streets or the women-for-rent on display in the windows of the Red Light District, the Dutch capital has become a top destination for strictly adult-only entertainment. Here the drink is strong (most beer is around 5%), the women are easy and, more significantly, the drugs are legal. What more could any night owl want from a trip to Europe? For cocktails and designer décor head to the packed-out bars around Wolvenstraat and Leidseplein, but if local ales and wood-paneled bars are more your thing, you’ll be better suited to the venues in Zeedijk.
Number 5- London, United Kingdom

While Brits are known for their stiff upper lips, there’s nothing remotely stiff about clubbing in London (apart from the numerous members standing at attention at superclub G.A.Y., of course). From the fashionable haunts of Mayfair to the rough ‘n’ ready pubs of Camden, London is rampant with those with an appetite for a good time. If you’re on the hunt for local celebrities, head to Boujis in swish South Kensington, the favorite club of British princes William and Harry. While the discreet members-only venue may be one of the hardest places in the city to gain access to, inside is a world of high-earning splendor, with hedge-fund managers clinking champagne flutes with couture-clad society girls. If you’re bounced back at the entrance, head to the equally fabulous Mahiki or Cuckoo Club, both of which omit the same hedonistic vibe.

If you like your bars with a few more rough edges, however, Amy Winehouse’s favorite hangout, The Hawley Arms in Camden, may be just the ticket (just make sure you’ve had your jabs before entering). Finally, if you want a taste of Vegas in the British capital, check out The Casino at The Empire in Leicester Square, where you’ll be able to enjoy fine dining, expertly mixed drinks and the best damn poker tables this side of the pond, James Bond-style.

Number 6- Miami, Florida

Driven by the fickle natures of fashion and celebrity, Miami’s hot spots are as interchangeable as the weather. What’s hot one week might not be the next, but revelers are guaranteed that there’ll always be somewhere fabulous to cut loose and kick back with a mojito or two. With Art Deco clad to every façade, a distinct Latin vibe pulsing out of speakers and more expensive pouts and poses than on Victoria Beckham’s face, South Beach is where the jet set go wild until their well-heeled feet can’t take it anymore.

One of the most long-standing hot spots is Skybar, which sits pretty in the Shore Club hotel and comprises four equally sumptuous bars (usually propped up by famous faces). If you’re feeling the cool factor, you may also want to check out places like Nikki Beach or Mansion, where you can rub shoulders with A-list chums until the wee hours. Extravagant and exotic (thanks to its proximity to Cuba), they certainly don’t call it Miami Vice for nothing.

Number 7-Dublin, Ireland

The Irish know how to drink (just ask bad-boy actor, Colin Farrell), so it’s hardly surprising that their capital, Dublin, is also the capital of Ireland’s party scene. While it’s certainly not cheap, you’ll get a lot of Guinness for your Euro, that’s for sure. Head to the appropriately named Temple Bar area for hundreds of pre-club bars and pubs, such as the Temple Bar Pub and Doheny & Nesbitt, where you’ll mingle with burly rugby team members necking as much ale as they can get down their gullets. You’ll also be able to jig to traditional Irish music, mimicking the wonderful dancing exhibited by Jack and Rose in Titanic.

If you like something a little more civilized, Dublin’s probably not for you, but seeing as you’re here already, head to the Octagon bar tucked inside the Clarence Hotel or the No27 bar at the Shelbourne. Here you’ll be able to sip on stylish cocktails without being dragged into an unbecoming drinking game.

Number 8-New York City, New York

They call it the city that never sleeps for a reason; open 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, New York’s throbbing nightlife will never run out of, um, throb. Whether it’s Sex and the City-style cocktail bars you’re after on the Upper East Side or Coyote Ugly-esque dives in the meatpacking district, you’re sure to find New York one of the most diverse clubbing capitals in America. The birthplace of disco, famed for clubs like Studio 54 and Bungalow 8, New York is where the party originally began. For the loudest clubs and hippest bars in the city hail a yellow cab to downtown, but if you’re looking for live music or jazz, bar-crawl between hole-in-the-wall bars in the East Village.

It’s not all about the clubs and bars in Manhattan either; here, sophistication is key, and much of the partying takes place in super-sized restaurants, where drinks turn into dinner and dinner turns into dancing. What’s more, when you don’t feel like plying yourself with alcohol, you could always take in one of the dazzling shows at Times Square — there’s always something showing. While there may be an air of arrogance and a “you’re not good enough” attitude about New York’s nightlife, it wouldn’t be New York without a few bouncers telling you “no.”

Number 9- Moscow, Russia

What was once crushed by communism has now risen from the ashes to become a mecca of glorious hedonism, with high-rollers from across the globe descending on spire-laden Moscow to splash the cash on vodka and other sinful things. While you may need to dress to the nines in Moscow due to the strict face-control policy on many of its nightclub doors, once you’re past the velvet ropes it all becomes worth it. Head to Fabrique first, where you’ll be able to soak up the slick décor from the on-site restaurant before moving onto the dance-floor for a full-on club experience.

If you get bored — though we highly doubt that will happen — move on to Club First, which is where Roman Abramovich and his hard-partying pals like to kick back. If you’ve enjoyed a night of debauchery and still can’t find the woman of your dreams, head over to Doll’s, Moscow’s high-end strip club, to watch a harem of Russian beauties shake their “thangs.” With every club in Moscow packed with sharp-suited businessmen and six-foot blond model look-alikes, this certainly isn’t what you’re used to.

Number 10- Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

We said we’d bring you the top 10 nightlife cities, but we never said all of them would be classy. The mother ship for spring-breakers everywhere, Cabo San Lucas, on Mexico’s southern tip, is where young revelers from across the world come to gyrate against each other, down tequila shots and sleep in their own pools of puke. Party animals should head to downtown Cabo, where the heady mix of sun, surf and sand lowers inhibitions from dusk ’til dawn. Check out El Squid Roe or Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina for live music before carrying on the night at the Giggling Martin or Rio Grill. Tanked-up and ready to dance, finish the night at the provocatively titled Body Shot, Cabo’s largest nightclub, where you’ll rub shoulders with the likes of Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson.

The Fundamental Guideline of Adoption

The alternative and creative way of having kids is adoption. If you are one of these people, it is important that you understand some general adoption guidelines. There are many kinds of adoption that can occur in the process of adoption. You also have the choice of adopting from various areas around the world. Regardless of the type or the place of adoption you wish to participate in, there are many adoption guidelines that are the same across the board. You should ensure that you have a good understanding of these guidelines prior to starting the adoption process.

The key in having a successful kid adoption is to be familiar with any kind of age restrictions on various types of adoptions in your state. Some states have an age requirement of at least twenty five years of age, while other states have a minimum of at least thirty years of age. Additionally, there may be a cut off age in which a person is no longer considered appropriate for adopting. In many states, there may be no age limits when it comes to adoption. It is very important that you carefully consider the possibilities of an age restriction and make sure that you fit the limit before trying to start the adoption process.

It is crucial to know about yourself first before making an adoption, try to have no issues with drugs, alcoholism, and mental illness. Even something as small as an issue with depression could have an impact on your ability to adopt a child. You must be of fit mind and body. It is important that children are adopted out to environments that will benefit their physical and emotional growth. You should find out the guidelines that are considered appropriate in your state for a home for an adopted child. Making sure that your home meets these guidelines is an important measure for being successful in adopting a child.

Your financial situation must be strong. You should be able to prove that you are able to care for the childs financial needs. This includes appropriate shelter, food, clothing, and even some of their wants. If you are unable to provide financial stability, this could prove to be an issue when you are considering adoption.
Your background must be clean for the adoption agency. If you have a criminal history, it is important that the issue be properly evaluated. You should expect to be questioned about the issue in your past, and you should provide honest answers when questioned. If the criminal history involves any type of abuse or neglect, most agencies will close the candidate for adoption. The children that are placed in homes by adoption agencies are placed in homes that are free from abuse and neglect issues. This simple guideline is intented to provide you with a general guideline of the adoption process.

Focus on what you do and finish it while you can, the world is constantly spinning, if you forget your project one day, it will forget you twice as much.

Avoid being in the situation like this athlete in this picture and be determined and self motivated to do the things that you are working on. Enjoy and rate the picture.

As an ordinary person with an ordinary income and an ordinary life, we tend to hate the rich people – yes – we do. We can deny it all we want but every time we see those expensive private owned jets, or those never-ending new supply of the coolest electronic gadgets, or those holidays and weekends at gorgeous places – yes, we really hate them.
But what you may overlook is the fact that they are actually people. Breathing, living, crying, dying, getting sick people who just happen to have a lot of money and in some cases just do so well, they earn a lot of money. These piles of money they earn may seem so good, so alluring that we do not see the other side of being rich.

What we don’t realize:
1. Let’s not name names or hope to insult anyone, but there are numerous rich families who are actually miserable. They have money, yes, but because of their busy time and schedules, they lack time for their families, resulting in divorces, teenage pregnancies, teenage rebellions, family break ups, angry children and worst of all – suicide.
2. They’re not used to the other side of the world, the ordinary side of the world, so if they ever lose their money, they won’t know how to move around the world, they won’t know how to survive in the big, bad, dangerous world out there.
3. Which is why they have to work hard to keep earning, keep running their business and keep their head high even if this means losing their wives or husbands, their children maybe.
4. They have priority problems as well. Like us, they wonder where their future will bring them. They wonder who to put first, their children’s birthday party or that conference meeting involving all shareholders. They wonder if they only get movie offers because their parents are rich and they can finance the movie or if they have acting talents at all. They wonder if they are pretty enough to go outside or if what their kids will think when they see those never-ending gossip-sometimes-true rumors on the internet which leads to the 5th.
5. Last but definitely not least is, they don’t have privacy. Try going out and you have paparazzi clicking on your every move. Make one dumb move and the whole world’s talking.

The thing is, there’s no rich world, no ordinary world. There’s just one Earth we live in with different lives and with different statuses in life. If we choose to sit around and criticize those “lucky” rich people, then sure enough, you won’t get the chance to be one of them. Even the rich people now probably did something many years ago to earn big. I’m sure you’ve heard of William Colgate.

We want to be them. But we don’t have to be them. We can be like them in financial statuses, but I’m sure, every other part, we wouldn’t really want to experience.
Instead of wasting time hating them, why don’t we just work our way into our own life? And maybe – just maybe – when the time comes for us to rule, maybe we’d think of others and how they have less and find a way to help them. Then we’d finally see that sometimes not all of the rich people should be hated.
