Here is a huge architectural design for the Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea.  It is an International Exposition recognized by the Bureau of International Expositions (BIE) to be held in Yeosu, South Korea from May 12 to August 12, 2012.  This year, the guide line is to create something that is “The Living Ocean and Coast” with details relating to the sub theme of  “Preservation and Sustainable Development of the Ocean and Coast,” “New Resources Technology,” and “Creative Marine Activities.” This great even is projected to include 100 countries and international organizations, and 8 million visitors.  What a great way for South Korea to draw people to it country.  In recent years South Korea has been wanting to demonstrate its beauty and attractive tourists to the country.

The design is to resemble a great blue whale. Here is a short history about this world fair:

“World’s Fairs have excited and inspired millions of people around the world by expressing the hopes and desires of their times. Perhaps unwittingly, they also provide a fascinating glimpse into the realities of those same times. Ever since the first world’s fair in London in 1851, the goals of world’s fairs have been both high-minded as well as commercial. They also allow people to explore the world outside of their everyday experience — outside cultures, new scientific advancements, and new inventions.
As times change, world expositions have changed to fit those times. They continue to reflect both the commercial needs of their times while presenting the ideals, hopes, and aspirations of people even as those evolve.”

This beautiful design received third place in the contest for the design.

It would be crazy to see such a beautiful structure comes to life.

Now a well-known landmark in the Roppongi Hills complex, Tokyo. This powerful work “Maman” by Louis Bourgeois soon became deeply inscribed in many people’s minds. The spiderlike form appears grotesque at first glance, but it emanates tolerance and acceptance, acting as a tribute that expresses Bourgeois’ deep respect for her own mother.

Man I wish I could do this all day long and not hunt for nuts!

Almost all of us have been in a situation where we could not get ourselves out of the loop.  These poor animals make mistakes too, but it’s just crazy how these weird accidents happen in life.  I guess there are things in life that cannot be explained.  No animals were harm during the capture of these photos, so it is laugh a little.
My first expression:  “How on earth did this happen?”

There is no limit to art. People that like art will always try something new and different to express themselves.  These metals animals are symbols of countless hours of persistence and perfection.  Great respect is given to the artist of these creations.  The metal sculptures look very majestic and real.

We would probably get freak out if we see this sculpture in the wood because it look so much like the real rattle snake.

The one cool thing about this metal skull is that it will last for a while, maybe longer than the real deer skull.

If you have just recently gotten a dog and still wondering what name to give it, then here is the list of popular dog names that you  can filter out. The purpose of this list is to encourage you to be unique and come up with a dog name that is not similar to some else dog.  Be creative and come up with a name that you and your dog will like.

#1 This pretty looking fellow isn’t pretty looking at all when it comes to killing people.  While running through the rain forests of Central or South America, do not pick up the Poison dart frog. The frog’s skin contains a toxic chemcal that sickens or kills any animal that touches or eats it. Two micrograms of this deadly toxin (enough to fit on the head of a pin) will easily kill a human being or other large mammal.

#2 – This small thing is second in line as the most poisonous animal.  This Australian snake is frequently considered the most poisonous snake on earth. One bite from this serpent contains enough potent toxin about 110 milligrams to kill about 100 people. It toxin can cause vomiting and will cease a persons breathing. Fortunately, the Taipan is a very gentle and shy reptile.

#3- You may think this tiny thing is harmless, but you should think twice. One of the most venomous creatures in the Australia outback, the Sydney Funnel Web Spider packs a powerful punch. This spider is large and very aggressive, consistently creating the most powerful venom of any spider. Protecting its burrow, the spider places a web across its entrance that passers by should not enter. From its fangs, the spider delivers a powerful neurotoxin that cause extreme pain and are capable of killing a person within 15 minutes. It’s venom does not affect most mammals but has a very powerful effect on humans.

#4 – This fish look scary and dangerous at the same time.Inhabiting the waters of the Pacific throughout the Australia coast, this complacent fish resembles a sea rock or coral. With its nearly invisible camouflaged assistance, it attacks many fish that swim nearby. A powerful toxin stored within its 13 spines can stop nearly every animal that it connects with. If contact comes with humans, the venom will cause intense pain, swelling of tissue, shock followed by death.

#5- Prevalent throughout North Africa and the Middle East, this arachnid lives up to its name. The stinger on this animal is not overly large or strong, however the sting administered is the most toxic from scorpions anywhere in the world. It causes an intense and unbearable pain, then fever, followed by coma, convulsions, paralysis and death.
