How to Create Art with Fruits and a Knife

These lovely watermelon have been carved (sliced and diced) into something that really capture the attention of the beholder.  Who would wonder such art could be possible .  Ever since the beginning of time, arts have been created in numerous forms but this form of art is extremely unique.  Kudos to these artists. If a chef could do a center piece like this for table, it is certainly that his food would attract everyone at the party.
