How Street Artists Attract The Crowd

Here is a story about how these German artists (Mentalgassi-a 3 members crew) create attention in the street of Berlin, Germany.  Instead of exposing dirty looking trash cans or recycling bins in the street,they covered them with some interesting pictures of people crying out for attention.  What a great way to cover up the flaws of the city.  The dude in this picture seems to be crying for desperate attention.  Actually, if a  city is willing to be converted and support such unique art, it will become pretty popular in attracting people to come and boost it economy.
