How to endure pain?

Pain is just an explanation of what we feel, either physical or emotional. Emotional pains are heartbreaks and loss which lots of people can easily endure. This means that they can move on easily either with or without any means of cure. On the other hand physical pain can only be endured with the help of medicines, but now i will show some tips on how to endure pain without these medicines. ***Remember that these steps are only meant to temporarily remove the pain after or on the process of obtaining pain.

ENDURING

  1. While on the process of obtaining pain like for example, having a tattoo. We all know that the process of tattoo is not that easy. Every time the needle struck our ski, it hurts. Here’s what you gonna do. Face your fear and watch how they artist draw the desired style in your skin. Your fear will be replaced by curiosity and will wait what will be the outcome of your tattoo.
  2. If you feel something hurts, think of any place, a happy place, your own happy place. Imagine you are there with no worries and aches. It is only mind over matter.
  3. Never focus you attention to the aching body part. Focus on something for a change. Relax you mind in order to these things.
